Which Mikro version is supported?
Mikro V17. If you use another Mikro product or version, talk to us before installation.
When do documents reach Mikro?
The moment they are scanned or saved. No overnight sync, spreadsheets or staging tables. Offline screens queue operations and send them exactly once.
Can it use Mikro's own APIs?
Yes. Per company you choose: a direct single-transaction write to the Mikro V17 database, or Mikro Desktop API with Mikro's own business rules.
Which handheld should I buy?
No brand requirement. Any Android 7.0+ device works; trigger scanners for busy warehouses, phone cameras for field and low volume.
Where is our data? Is it cloud?
Depologi runs on your own server (Windows Server + IIS, SQL Server). Your data stays with you; the system keeps running for 30 days even if the licence server is unreachable.
How long does setup take?
The setup wizard prepares IIS, database, site and licence in 6 steps and installs missing components itself. Handhelds pair by scanning a QR code.
